Abstract
A working machine includes a machine body, a device mount to replaceably attach a working device thereto, the working device including a transmitter to transmit a unique identifying signal and being operable to perform a function corresponding to work, and a controller configured or programmed to control the machine body. The machine body includes receivers to receive the identifying signal from the transmitter. The receivers are located at respective at least two positions separated from the device mount by different distances. The controller is configured or programmed to recognize the working device attached to or to be attached to the device mount based on a received signal strength of the identifying signal received by at least one of the receivers that is located at at least one of the at least two positions.

A working machine comprising:
- a machine body;
- a device mount to replaceably attach a working device thereto, the working device including a transmitter to transmit a unique identifying signal and being operable to perform a function corresponding to work;
- and
- a controller configured or programmed to control the machine body;
- wherein
- the machine body includes receivers to receive the identifying signal from the transmitter;
- the receivers are located at respective at least two positions separated from the device mount by different distances;
- and
- the controller is configured or programmed to recognize the working device attached to or to be attached to the device mount based on a received signal strength of the identifying signal received by at least one of the receivers that is located at at least one of the at least two positions.
