Modular barrier

A kit of parts for making a barrier, the kit of parts comprising:

• a first base member and a second base member, each comprising a socket for receiving a bollard;
• and
• an intermediate member configured to rigidly connect the first base member to the second base member;
• the first base member comprising a first coupling portion positioned at a first edge of the first base member,
• the second base member comprising a second coupling portion positioned at a first edge of the second base member,
• the intermediate member comprising a pair of third coupling portions positioned at a first edge and a second edge of the intermediate member respectively, the third coupling portions being complementary to both the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion, and
• wherein the first base member, the second base member and the intermediate member extend in a common plane when assembled, and both the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion are configured to engage the third coupling portion as the first base member and the second base member are translated along the common plane relative to the intermediate member.
