Abstract
A method for producing a solution obtained from a culture of an alga includes changing a ratio between a protein produced by the alga and a carbohydrate produced by the alga by adjusting a component of a culture solution in which to culture the alga and changing intracellular components of the alga. A solution obtained from a culture of an alga, the solution includes a protein produced by the alga and a carbohydrate produced by the alga.

A method for producing a solution obtained from a culture of an alga, the method comprising:
- changing a ratio between a protein produced by the alga and a carbohydrate produced by the alga by adjusting a component of a culture solution in which to culture the alga and changing intracellular components of the alga.
A solution obtained from a culture of an alga, the solution comprising:
- a protein produced by the alga;
- and
- a carbohydrate produced by the alga.
