Abstract
The present invention relates to a novel ABC transporter permease variant and a method of producing 5′-inosinic acid using the same. The ABC transporter permease variant is obtained by substituting one or more amino acids in the amino acid sequence constituting ABC transporter permease to change the activity of the protein, and a recombinant microorganism comprising the ABC transporter permease variant is capable of efficiently producing 5′-inosinic acid.

An ABC transporter permease variant in which proline at position 10 in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4 is substituted with serine, arginine at position 49 is substituted with cysteine, and threonine at position 169 is substituted with isoleucine.
