Disclosed herein are methods of preventing, treating, ameliorating or slowing the progression of a Hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related disease, disorder or condition, the methods comprising administering to a subject a modified oligonucleotides complementary to a portion of a Hepatitis B virus (HBV) genome, wherein the modified oligonucleotides comprises a segmented gap structure.
