• wherein
• R3 is a C1-C6 alkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl,
• R, R1, R2, R4, and R5 are, independently for each occurrence, hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl, —(PO)x, or —(PO)x(EO)y, wherein at least one of R1, R2, R4, R5, or R is —(PO)xH, or —(PO)x(EO)yH;
• x is an integer from 1 to 10;
• y is an integer from 0-30;
• and
• z is an integer from 0 to 10.
