Abstract
A curable resin composition contains an alkali-soluble resin; a thermosetting resin; a photopolymerization initiator; an inorganic filler; and a colorant. A 10 μm-thick cured product of the curable resin composition has a transmittance at a wavelength of 405 nm of 60% to 75%, and a transmittance at a wavelength of 650 nm of 45% to 62%.

A curable resin composition, comprising:
- an alkali-soluble resin;
- a thermosetting resin;
- a photopolymerization initiator;
- an inorganic filler;
- and
- a colorant,
- wherein a 10 μm-thick cured product of the curable resin composition has a transmittance at a wavelength of 405 nm of 60% to 75%, and a transmittance at a wavelength of 650 nm of 45% to 62%.
