The present disclosure relates to a fusion protein and uses thereof, the fusion protein including an apolipoprotein or a fragment thereof and a targeting protein or a fragment thereof. According to an aspect of the fusion protein, it has been confirmed that a lipid-based carrier including the fusion protein exhibits significantly improved targeting efficiency, thereby enabling effective delivery of an active substance to a desired target.
