Biphenyl compound, pharmaceutical composition, method for preparing same, and use thereof

A biphenyl compound, having a structure represented by Formula I:

• wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from any one of hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, dimethylamino, cyano, nitro, C1-C8 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-C8 alkylcarbonyloxy, methylamino, methanesulfonyl, dimethylaminesulfonyl, amino, carboxyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C1-C8 trihaloalkyl, C1-C8 trihaloalkoxy, C1-C8 alkoxymethyleneoxy, C1-C8 methoxymethyleneoxy, cyclopentyloxy or cyclohexyloxy;
• n is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;
• X is selected from CH2, O or NH;
• Y is selected from any one of CH2, O, OH, NH, NH2, NH(CH2)n·NH2, NH(CH2)n·NHCOCF3, OBn, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, trihalomethylamino, dimethylamino, methylamino or trihaloalkoxy;
• wherein n′ is selected from 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5;
• M is selected from any one of CH2, O, OH, NH, NH2, trihalomethylamino, trihalomethylacyl, dimethylamino, methylamino, carboxyl, trihaloalkyl or C1-C8 alkoxymethyleneoxy;
• and
• M is joined to Y by a bond or M does not form a bond with Y.
