Coating control system and coating control method

A coating control system, comprising:

• a rotating mechanism configured to perform a roll change operation so as to rotate a roll located at a standby position to a reeling station, wherein the roll is provided with an electronic tag, and the electronic tag carries a roll identifier of the roll;
• a reeling mechanism configured to perform a reeling operation so as to wind a roll material onto the roll at the reeling station, wherein the roll material is a section of coated film;
• a first reader disposed at the standby position and configured to read the electronic tag provided on the roll located at the standby position;
• a controller electrically connected to the first reader and configured to acquire the roll identifier from the first reader before the rotating mechanism performs the roll change operation and to send the roll identifier to a manufacturing execution system;
• and
• the manufacturing execution system electrically connected to the controller and configured to generate a roll material identifier corresponding to the roll material before the reeling mechanism performs the reeling operation, wherein the roll identifier corresponds to the roll material identifier.
