Abstract

The disclosed subject matter provides a winding mechanism and a winding device. The winding mechanism includes a winding needle including a first half-needle and a second half-needle, the first half-needle and the second half-needle being disposed opposingly with a spacing therebetween to form a gap; a cutting assembly including a cutting drive member, a pushing member, and a cutting blade, the pushing member and the cutting blade both being positioned on the cutting drive member, the cutting drive member being configured to drive the pushing member and the cutting blade to move toward the winding needle so as to so that the cutting blade cuts a material strip, and the pushing member being configured to push a free end of the cut material strip into the gap; and a fixing member configured to fix the free end within the gap.
