Abstract
A two-handed removable bucket gripping device includes an elongated main body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a flat central section, and a pair of side sections. The side sections extend acutely away from the central section and include a shape and size that is complementary to the shape and size of a bucket handle assembly. An elongated channel is positioned along the top surface of the main body and includes a central channel section for receiving the integrated handle of a bucket, and two side channel sections for receiving the wire bail of the bucket. Locking tabs secure the handle assembly to the device, and a plurality of finger grips on the bottom of the main body permit one or two-handed carrying of the device when attached to the bucket.
