Opening device for a package filled with a pourable product;

• the opening device comprises at least:
• a collar having a pouring outlet;
• and
• a lid configured to selectively close and open the pouring outlet and being controllable between at least a closed position in which the lid is configured to close the pouring outlet and an open position in which the lid is configured to open the pouring outlet;
• wherein the collar comprises a rim delimiting the pouring outlet;
• wherein the lid is rupturably fixed to the rim by a coupling membrane;
• wherein during a first-time control of the lid from the closed position to the open position, the lid detaches from the rim and the coupling membrane is configured to be ruptured;
• wherein the rim comprises a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion;
• wherein during at least the first-time control of the lid from the closed position to the open position, the lid detaches at the beginning from the first end portion and at the end from the second end portion;
• wherein the second end portion comprises a radial protrusion.
