Refueling platform for integrated monopile system

A refueling platform to refuel an energy source configured to generate thermal energy installed in an integrated monopile system, a bottom end of the integrated monopile system installed in an earthen substrate, the integrated monopile system including a cavity containing the energy source, the refueling platform comprising:

• a housing configured to be positioned over a top end of the integrated monopile system;
• a mounting structure at a bottom of the housing, the mounting structure defining a mounting aperture configured to engage with the top end of the integrated monopile system;
• and
• a crane system disposed within an interior volume of the housing, the crane system configured to access the cavity of the integrated monopile system when the mounting aperture is engaged with the top end of the integrated monopile system.
