Abstract
A snow vehicle heat exchanger assembly includes a body including a curved forward wall and a curved rear wall; a first end cap coupled to the body; and a second end cap coupled to the body, wherein the second end cap is monolithic and includes: a first shaft opening; a first forward mount positioned forward of the body, a first inward extending mounting flange positioned rearward of the body, wherein the first inward extending mounting flange extends inward toward the first end cap, a first rear mount positioned rearward of the body, and wherein the body extends between the first end cap and the second end cap.
Claims20
A snow vehicle heat exchanger assembly, comprising:
- a body including a curved forward wall and a curved rear wall;
- a first end cap coupled to the body;
- and
- a second end cap coupled to the body, wherein the second end cap is monolithic and includes:
- a first shaft opening;
- a first forward mount positioned forward of the body,
- a first inward extending mounting flange positioned rearward of the body, wherein the first inward extending mounting flange extends inward toward the first end cap,
- a first rear mount positioned rearward of the body, and
- wherein the body extends between the first end cap and the second end cap.
A snow vehicle, comprising:
- a tunnel;
- a heat exchanger assembly coupled to the tunnel and including a body, a first end cap, and a second end cap, wherein the body includes a curved forward wall and a curved rear wall, and the second end cap includes:
- a forward mount,
- a first inward extending mounting flange extending inward toward the first end cap, wherein the first inward extending mounting flange is positioned rearward of the body, and
- a forward tab positioned forward of the curved forward wall, wherein the forward tab includes an opening;
- and
- a forward frame assembly coupled to the forward mount.
A snow vehicle, comprising:
- a tunnel;
- a support bracket coupled to the tunnel;
- a heat exchanger assembly including a body and an end cap, the end cap including:
- a forward mount,
- a rear mount coupled to the tunnel, and
- a mounting flange extending outward and away from a longitudinal centerline of the tunnel, wherein the mounting flange is coupled to the support bracket;
- and
- a forward frame assembly coupled to the forward mount.
