Abstract

A vehicle front portion structure includes a frame body portion and a first cover member. The frame body portion includes: front side members, a left and right pair of upper member portions disposed at upper sides of the front side members and being curved or inclined in a downward direction, and suspension towers disposed further toward an inner side in a vehicle width direction than the upper member portions. The first cover member covers the left and right pair of upper member portions along the front-rear direction, the first cover member is secured to positions of the upper member portions that are further toward a front side than portions of the upper member portions overlapping with the suspension towers in the front-rear direction, and the first cover member is secured to positions of the upper member portions overlapping with the suspension towers as viewed in a side view.

Dependent claims

A vehicle front portion structure comprising:

a frame body portion integrally formed to include:
a left and right pair of front side member portions that extend in a vehicle front-rear direction,
a left and right pair of upper member portions that are disposed at upper sides of the front side member portions and that are curved or inclined in a vehicle downward direction as viewed in a vehicle side view, and
a left and right pair of suspension tower portions that are disposed further toward an inner side in a vehicle width direction than the upper member portions;
and
a first cover member disposed so as to cover each of the left and right pair of upper member portions along the vehicle front-rear direction, the first cover member being secured to positions of the upper member portions that are further toward a front side than portions of the upper member portions overlapping with the suspension tower portions in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the first cover member being secured to positions of the upper member portions overlapping with the suspension tower portions in the vehicle front-rear direction as viewed in a vehicle side view.
