Abstract
An airbag device for the two-stage deployment of a first and a second gas chamber, comprising a first system comprising the first gas chamber and a first gas generator which is triggered in a pre-accident situation; and a second system comprising the second gas chamber and a second gas generator which is triggered in an accident situation; wherein the first system is configured to fill the first gas chamber with gas by means of the first gas generator wherein-the second system is configured to fill the second gas chamber with gas by means of the second gas generator.

Airbag device for the two-stage deployment of a first and a second gas chamber, comprising
- a first system comprising the first gas chamber and a first gas generator which is triggered in a pre-accident situation;
- and
- a second system comprising the second gas chamber and a second gas generator which is triggered in an accident situation;

- the first system is configured to fill the first gas chamber with gas by means of the first gas generator, wherein
- the second system is configured to fill the second gas chamber with gas by means of the second gas generator.
