Abstract
A power management device includes a control unit configured to control, based on a state of charge of a battery, a priority of distribution of regenerative electric power in an electric vehicle including the battery and an electric power device, the distribution being to charging the battery to a continuous rating or to a charge amount lower than the continuous rating, charging the battery to a short-time rating, or electric power consumption at the electric power device.

A power management device comprising a control unit configured to control, based on a state of charge of a battery, a priority of distribution of regenerative electric power in an electric vehicle including the battery and an electric power device, the distribution being to:
- charging the battery to a continuous rating or to a charge amount lower than the continuous rating;
- charging the battery to a short-time rating;
- or
- electric power consumption at the electric power device.
