Abstract
A head cleaning jig includes a guide rib configured to follow at least one side of a head that has a rectangular shape and ejects liquid, and a holding section that holds a cleaning member for wiping nozzles arranged along the one side. The nozzles and the cleaning member held by the holding section are configured to be brought into contact with each other in a state where the guide rib follows the one side.

A head cleaning jig comprising:
- a guide rib configured to follow at least one side of a head that has a rectangular shape and ejects liquid;
- and
- a holding section that holds a cleaning member for wiping nozzles arranged along the one side, wherein
- the nozzles and the cleaning member held by the holding section are configured to be brought into contact with each other in a state where the guide rib follows the one side.
