Abstract
An injection molding machine includes: a cylinder having a nozzle for injecting a molten resin into a mold; a screw configured to move forward and backward in the cylinder; a heater arranged around an outer circumference of the nozzle; and a control device configured to control forward and backward movement of the screw and operation of the heater. The control device causes the heater to operate at a predetermined current value in a predetermined period, as part of an injection process to inject the molten resin into the mold by forward movement of the screw, of a molding cycle to heat the nozzle.

An injection molding machine, comprising:
- a cylinder having a nozzle for injecting a molten resin into a mold;
- a screw configured to move forward and backward in the cylinder;
- a heater arranged around an outer circumference of the nozzle;
- and
- a control device configured to control forward and backward movement of the screw and operation of the heater,
- wherein the control device causes the heater to operate at a predetermined current value in a predetermined period, as part of an injection process to inject the molten resin into the mold by forward movement of the screw, of a molding cycle to heat the nozzle.
