The present invention relates to a 3D-printed product made of at least one alloy wherein the alloy is based on iron, cobalt or nickel and wherein the 3D-printed product comprises a portion made of the alloy and wherein the portion comprises a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion, wherein the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion share a common border, wherein each of the first and second sub-portions comprises a metal matrix and grains of carbides embedded in the metal matrix wherein the first sub-portion comprises grains of carbides having an average carbide cross-sectional area which differs by a factor of at least 2 from an average carbide cross-sectional area of the grains of carbides of the second sub-portion.
A 3D-printed product made of at least one alloy wherein the alloy is based on iron, cobalt or nickel and wherein the 3D-printed product comprises a portion made of the alloy and wherein the portion comprises a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion, wherein the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion share a common border, wherein each of the first and second sub-portions comprises a metal matrix and grains of carbides embedded in the metal matrix;
A method of additively manufacturing a product made of at least one alloy in a free forming apparatus having a chamber, wherein the alloy is based on iron, cobalt or nickel;
