Abstract

A trimming device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower die having a placement table on which a product portion of a molded product is placed, and a lower blade movable in an upward-downward direction relative to the placement table; an upper die that is arranged above the molded product and has an upper blade corresponding to the lower blade, and a press part extending in a downward direction; and a controller that controls upward and downward movement of the upper die, at least one of the upper die and the lower die being controlled by the controller such that, after the unnecessary portion of the molded product is cut off by the upper blade and the lower blade, the press part presses the product portion downward.

Dependent claims

A trimming device for cutting off an unnecessary portion of a molded product having a product portion and the unnecessary portion, the trimming device comprising:

a lower die having a placement table on which the product portion of the molded product is placed, and a lower blade that is movable in an upward-downward direction relative to the placement table;
an upper die that is arranged above the molded product and has an upper blade corresponding to the lower blade, and a press part extending in a downward direction;
and
a controller that controls upward and downward movement of at least one of the upper die and the lower die,
at least one of the upper die and the lower die being controlled by the controller such that, after the unnecessary portion of the molded product is cut off by the upper blade and the lower blade, the press part presses the product portion downward.
