A fluid control device for controlling fluid flow are provided herein. The device includes a first element with a plurality of openings and a second element with pins aligned with the openings. The elements are positioned adjacent to each other, with one element movable relative to the other. As the elements move relative to each other, the pins extend into or retract from the openings, controlling fluid flow characteristics. An actuator controls this movement, enabling either manual adjustment via a rotary lever for user-selected spray patterns or automatic adjustment via a spring-loaded assembly responding to fluid pressure. When the pins fully extend into the openings, they create a seal that prevents dripping when water is turned off. When partially extended, they create various spray patterns from gentle to powerful.
