Abstract
Disclosed is an assay device 10 for analyzing a sample including a three-dimensional member 1 having a polygonal or circular cross section further including a first end and a second end being opposite to each other. The assay device 10 further includes a carrier member extending from the first end towards the second end on an inner surface or an outer surface of the three-dimensional member 1 to at least a portion of the three-dimensional member 1, such that the carrier member is on at least half the surface area of the inner surface or the outer surface of the three-dimensional member 1.
Claims14
An assay device 10 for analyzing a sample, the device comprising:
- a three-dimensional member 1 having a polygonal or circular cross section, the three-dimensional member 1 comprising a first end and a second end, the second end being opposite to the first end;
- and
- a carrier member extending from the first end towards the second end on an inner surface or an outer surface of the three-dimensional member 1 to at least a portion of the three-dimensional member 1,
- wherein the carrier member is on at least half the surface area of the inner surface or the outer surface of the three-dimensional member 1.
A three-dimensional member 1 for a lateral flow assay having a polygonal or circular cross section for diagnosing and monitoring one or more body conditions of a subject comprising:
- a carrier member placed at least on half the surface area of the inner surface or the outer surface of the three-dimensional member 1.
A tubular test device 100 for determining one or more body conditions, comprising:
- carrier member placed at least on half the surface area of the inner surface or the outer surface of the tubular test device 100.
