A portable game device executes an electronic game. The portable game device includes: a first operation portion enabling a rotation operation about a first axis; a second operation portion enabling a press operation in a first direction along the first axis; and a controller configured to control a progress of the electronic game in response to an operation on at least one of the first operation portion and the second operation portion.

A portable game device that executes an electronic game, the portable game device comprising:
- a first operation portion enabling a rotation operation about a first axis;
- a second operation portion enabling a press operation in a first direction along the first axis;
- and
- a controller configured to control a progress of the electronic game in response to an operation on at least one of the first operation portion and the second operation portion.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program for causing a portable game device to perform a process, wherein
- the portable game device executes an electronic game and includes a first operation portion enabling a rotation operation about a first axis, a second operation portion enabling a press operation in a first direction along the first axis, and a processor, and
- the process comprises:
- controlling a progress of the electronic game in response to an operation on at least one of the first operation portion and the second operation portion.
