Abstract
A humanoid robot includes at least one processor operating to acquire user information, generate an exercise menu based on the user information, perform a demonstration of an exercise included in the exercise menu, capture an image of a state in which a user is performing the demonstrated exercise, and output a result of the exercise performed by the user to a terminal owned by the user.

A humanoid robot comprising:
- at least one processor operating to:
- acquire user information;
- generate an exercise menu based on the user information;
- perform a demonstration of an exercise included in the exercise menu;
- capture an image of a state in which a user is performing the demonstrated exercise;
- and
- output a result of the exercise performed by the user to a terminal owned by the user.
