Abstract
A weight lifting rack for use with one or more weight devices includes a frame, and a weight holding member, the weight holding member being movable vertically relative to the frame, wherein one or more weight devices are supportable on a horizontally extending portion of the frame, the weight holding member being automatically connectable to the one or more weight devices so that the one or more weight devices are movable vertically relative to the frame with the weight holding member and automatically disconnectable from the one or more weight devices.

A weight lifting rack for use with one or more weight devices, comprising:
- a frame;
- a weight holding member, the weight holding member being movable vertically relative to the frame;
- wherein one or more weight devices are supportable on a horizontally extending portion of the frame, the weight holding member being automatically connectable to the one or more weight devices so that the one or more weight devices are movable vertically relative to the frame with the weight holding member and automatically disconnectable from the one or more weight devices.
