Shoe with Heal Driven Upper Closure

Abstract

A step-in tightening shoe is provided. In some embodiments, the step-in tightening shoe includes a control for triggering fitting and tightening of an upper of said shoe, located in the interior heel cavity of the shoe. In some embodiments, the shoe's upper is fitted and tightened by lacing, attached to said upper of the shoe, driven by said control and/or a motor for said triggering said tightening of said upper of said shoe. In some embodiments, pivot points and release buttons are provided, at or about a side of the shoe, translating tension and release of said laces from gearing on or about a side of the shoe to said upper of the shoe.
