Claims30
A device for applying ocular light therapy to an eye of a subject, the device comprising:
- one or more light sources applying ocular photo-bio-stimulation light to a retina of the eye of the subject, wherein light wavelengths of the ocular photo-bio-stimulation light are within a range of one or more of, 450 nm-500 nm, 480 nm+/−30 nm, 500 nm+/−30 nm, 530 nm+/−20 nm, 575 nm+/−30 nm, 600 nm-700 nm, or 830 nm+/−30 nm;
- and
- an optical stop positioned between the one or more light sources and the eye of the subject;
- wherein the optical stop is configured to cast, impart, or form, a protective image or protective shadow over an entire fovea and/or part or all of a macula of the eye of the subject;
