Abstract
A composite, a method for manufacturing the composite, and a filler composition for molding, containing the composite, are disclosed. The composite contains biodegradable particles and a water-soluble polymer. The composite has a particle-size distribution (PSD) that is controlled and has a Dv (10) of 5 to 35 μm, and a Dv (90) of 20 to 90 μm. The composite may have an excellent long-term storage property and distribution property.

A process for preparing a composite, which comprises:
- (1) dissolving a biodegradable raw material in a first solvent to prepare a biodegradable solution;
- (2) spraying the biodegradable solution into a second solvent having a lower freezing point than that of the first solvent to form biodegradable particles;
- (3) sorting the biodegradable particles by size;
- (4) adding the biodegradable particles sorted by size to a water-soluble polymer solution to prepare a mixed solution;
- (5) filling the mixed solution in a container, and
- (6) freeze-drying the mixed solution filled in the container to form a composite,
- wherein the particle size distribution (PSD) of the biodegradable particles contained in the composite according to the following Equation 1 is 1.0 to 2.5:
