The present invention provides a method of treating an inflammatory condition or disease comprising administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of an extracellular vesicle (EV), the EV comprising 15-lipoxy genase (15-LOX) and/or a nucleic acid encoding 15-LOX, and optionally additionally comprising one or more of 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), and/or one or more nucleic acids encoding one or more of 12-LOX and 5-LOX. An extracellular vesicle (EV), the EV comprising one or more of 15-lipoxygenase (15-LOX), and/or a nucleic acid encoding 15-LOX, and optionally additionally comprising one or more of 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), and/or one or more nucleic acids encoding one or more of 15-LOX, 12-LOX and 5-LOX, for use in treating an inflammatory disease or condition is also provided, as are isolated extracellular vesicles comprising 15-lipoxy genase (15-LOX) and/or a nucleic acid encoding 15-LOX, and optionally additionally comprising one or more of 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX), 5 lipoxygenase (5-LOX), and/or one or more nucleic acids encoding one or more of 15-LOX, 12-LOX and 5-LOX.
A method of treating an inflammatory condition or disease comprising administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of an extracellular vesicle (EV),
An extracellular vesicle (EV) for use to treat an inflammatory disease or condition, the EV comprising 15-lipoxygenase (15-LOX), and/or a nucleic acid encoding 15-LOX, and
An isolated extracellular vesicle (EV), wherein the EV comprises 15-lipoxygenase (15-LOX) and/or a nucleic acid encoding 15-LOX, and optionally further comprising one or more of 12-lipoxygenase (12-LOX), 5 lipoxygenase (5-LOX), and/or one or more nucleic acids encoding one or more of 15-LOX, 12-LOX and 5-LOX.
