A ZIP12 antagonist, comprising one of the following structures:
- or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.
A kit, comprising:
- one or more ZIP12 agonists or pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, one or more ZIP12 antagonists or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or both;
- and
- instructions for use.
