A method of treating a human papilloma virus (HPV) induced tumor in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising EX527 in combination with a chemotherapeutic drug, wherein the chemotherapeutic drug is doxorubicin or cisplatin.
