• The production method according to claim 1, wherein the phospholipid is selected from the group consisting of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, sphingomyelin, and a mixture of two or more thereof.

• The production method according to claim 1, wherein the R6 is a linear alkyl group having 8 or more and 22 or less carbon atoms.

• The production method according to claim 1, wherein the hyaluronic acid derivative has a modification rate of 0.1% or more and 50% or less.

• The production method according to claim 1, wherein the lipid nanoparticle further includes a substance encapsulated in an outer shell made of at least the hyaluronic acid derivative and the phospholipid.

• The production method according to claim 6, wherein the substance is a water-insoluble substance.

• The production method according to claim 6, wherein the substance is selected from the group consisting of a water-insoluble drug, a complex of a nucleic acid and a cationic lipid, an oil, and a mixture of two or more thereof.

• The lipid nanoparticle according to claim 9, wherein the phospholipid is selected from the group consisting of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, sphingomyelin, and a mixture of two or more thereof.

• The lipid nanoparticle according to claim 9, wherein the R6 is a linear alkyl group having 8 or more and 22 or less carbon atoms.

• The lipid nanoparticle according to claim 9, wherein the hyaluronic acid derivative has a modification rate of 0.1% or more and 50% or less.

• The lipid nanoparticle according to claim 9, further comprising a substance encapsulated in an outer shell made of at least the hyaluronic acid derivative and the phospholipid.

• The lipid nanoparticle according to claim 13, wherein the substance is a water-insoluble substance.
