Abstract
Provided is a water-in-oil cosmetic comprising (a) an amino alcohol-modified silicone represented by formula (1) [R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R2 is a group represented by formula (2) (Z is a group independently selected from a hydrogen atom, —CH2CH(OH)CH3, and —CH(CH3)CH2OH, 50 mol % or more, relative to the total number of mol of Z in the molecule, being a group selected from —CH2CH(OH)CH3 and —CH(CH3)CH2OH. m is an integer of 1-10, and n is an integer of 1-5.)] and (b) 0.6-1.8 mass % of an inorganic salt. The cosmetic has a fine emulsified particle size, an excellent feel on use, and excellent viscosity stability.
Claims7
A water-in-oil cosmetic comprising:
- (a) an aminoalcohol-modified silicone represented by formula (1) below:
- wherein R1 independently at each occurrence is a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected from C1-C20 alkyl groups, C6-C15 aryl groups, and C7-C15 aralkyl groups;
- R2 independently at each occurrence is a group represented by formula (2) below:
- wherein Z independently at each occurrence is a group selected from hydrogen
- atom, —CH2CH(OH)CH3, and —CH(CH3)CH2OH, 50 mol % or more of a number of moles of all Zs in the molecule are groups selected from —CH2CH(OH)CH3 and —CH(CH3)CH2OH, m is an integer of 1 to 10, n is an integer of 1 to 5, and c is an integer of 0 to 4;
- R3 is R1 or R2;
- a is 1 to 100;
- b is 0 to 10;
- and when b=0, at least one of R3s is R2, and
- (b) 0.6 to 1.8 mass % of an inorganic salt.
