Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one cationic polymer; (b) at least one monovalent non-polymeric acid or a salt thereof, and (c) at least one non-polymeric acid having two or more pKa values or a salt thereof, wherein the (a) cationic polymer is selected from chitosans with a molecular weight of more than 20,000. The composition according to the present invention can provide keratin fibers such as hair with good alignment and shape recovery effects, and can include at least one environmentally-friendly ingredient.
