Abstract
A water-based liquid cosmetic may be housed in a pen-type applicator and contain a titanium oxide pigment, a polyorganic acid or a polyorganic acid salt, emulsion particles containing an acrylates copolymer, and a water-based solvent. The ratio of the mass of the titanium oxide pigment to the mass of the polyorganic acid or the polyorganic acid salt may be more than five.

A water-based liquid cosmetic stored in a pen-style applicator, water-based liquid cosmetic comprising:
- a titanium oxide pigment;
- a polyorganic acid or polyorganic acid salt;
- an emulsion particle comprising an acrylates copolymer;
- and
- a water-based solvent,
- wherein a ratio of mass of the titanium oxide pigment relative to mass of the polyorganic acid or polyorganic acid salt is greater than 5.
