A composition intended to deliver the particle to follicles in the dermis, the composition comprising host particles and metal particles, wherein the composition exhibits a greater than 70% attachment of the metal particles to the host particles.
A composition intended to deliver the particle to follicles in the dermis, the composition comprising silica particles and gold nanorod particles at an attachment level of greater than 70% of the gold nanorod particles to the silica particles.
