Abstract
The invention relates to an amusement ride (1), in particular a roller coaster, a water amusement ride, a dark ride, a carousel, or a circular amusement ride, having at least one vehicle (2) and an entry and/or exit region (8). The at least one vehicle has at least one occupant receiving area for at least one occupant, and a transfer unit (10) is arranged in the entry and/or exit region (8), wherein the transfer unit (10) can lift the at least one occupant (7) from the entry and/or exit region (8) to the at least one occupant receiving area (4) on a seat support (20). The invention additionally relates to a method for operating an amusement ride (1).

An amusement ride (1), in particular a roller coaster, having
- at least one receiving area for at least one occupant (7),
- and an entry and/or exit region (8),
- wherein a transfer unit (10) is arranged in the entry and/or exit region (8), and
- wherein the transfer unit (10) can lift the at least one occupant (7) on a seat support (20) from the entry and/or exit region (8) onto the at least one receiving area (4).
