Abstract
Disclosed are a treatment apparatus for denaturing tissue using RF energy having multiple frequencies, a control method thereof, and a treatment method using the same, in which skin treatment is performed using the RF energy with multiple-frequencies different in depth of delivering the RF energy into the tissue. The frequencies of the RF energy may be modulated by the RF modulator. Additionally, the operation of one of several RF generators, which can generate RF energy at the frequency of the RF energy, is determined by the selection of one among multiple RF generators.

A treatment apparatus for treating tissue using radio frequency (RF) energy, the treatment apparatus comprising:
- an RF source configured to generate RF energy having multiple frequencies;
- a cooling unit configured to cool the tissue;
- and
- a controller configured to control cooling power of the cooling unit according to a frequency of the RF energy delivered to the tissue.
A control method of a treatment apparatus for treating tissue using radio frequency (RF) energy, the control method comprising:
- generating RF energy from an RF source;
- controlling the RF energy at multiple frequencies;
- and
- controlling cooling power of a cooling unit according to a frequency of the RF energy.
A treatment method of treating tissue using radio frequency (RF) energy, the treatment method comprising:
- treating the tissue by delivering the RF energy having multiple frequencies;
- and
- cooling the tissue with cooling power controlled according to a frequency of the RF energy.
