Abstract
A vacuum tool that is removably coupleable to a hose or wand of a vacuum.

A method of operating a vacuum tool, the method comprising:
- inserting an end of a hose or wand of a vacuum into an annular channel formed between a first cylindrical wall and a second cylindrical wall of a connection portion of the vacuum tool;
- activating the vacuum, thereby creating suction through a work surface suction opening defined in a body of the vacuum tool;
- pressing the vacuum tool against a work surface, thereby at least partially compressing a gasket and creating suction against the work surface via the work surface suction opening;
- creating debris at a location along the work surface that is above a funnel of the vacuum tool;
- catching at least some of the debris in the funnel;
- and
- suctioning the debris through an aperture defined in the funnel, into a cavity of the vacuum tool, and through the connection portion of the vacuum tool toward the vacuum.

A vacuum tool for removably coupling to a hose or wand of a vacuum, the vacuum tool comprising:
- a connection portion including a conduit defined therein;
- a body coupled to the connection portion, the body including a plurality of walls forming a work surface suction opening and a cavity, each of the work surface suction opening and the cavity in fluid communication with the conduit of the connection portion;
- a funnel coupled to the body, the funnel including
- a proximal skirt portion having
- six angled minor walls extending in converging directions, and
- an aperture defined in the funnel, the aperture surrounded by the six angled minor walls, the aperture in fluid communication with the cavity of the body, and
- a distal skirt portion having
- six angled major walls extending in converging directions and coupled to the six angled minor walls of the proximal skirt portion, at least one of the six angled major walls being shorter in a direction away from the proximal skirt portion than a remainder of the six angled major walls, and
- an open distal end of the funnel defined by the six angled major walls.

A vacuum tool for removably coupling to a hose or wand of a vacuum, the vacuum tool comprising:
- a connection portion including a conduit defined therein;
- a body formed as a single, unitary part with the connection portion, the body including a plurality of walls forming a work surface suction opening and a cavity, each of the work surface suction opening and the cavity in fluid communication with the conduit of the connection portion;
- a funnel coupled to the body, the funnel including a proximal skirt portion having
- a plurality of angled minor walls converging toward an aperture in fluid communication with the cavity,
- a plurality of outer walls surrounding the plurality of angled minor walls, and
- a cantilevered wall extending transversely from one of the plurality of outer walls, the cantilevered wall cooperating with the plurality of walls of the body in forming the work surface suction opening;
- and
- a gasket coupled to the cantilevered wall and each of the plurality of walls of the body forming the work surface suction opening.
