Abstract
An air mattress includes: a plurality of air cells; and a controller configured to control an operation of an air blowing section configured to supply air to the plurality of air cells, the controller being configured to control internal pressure in the plurality of air cells. The controller is configured to determine position/posture of a user based on a detection value corresponding to a speed of the change in the internal pressure in the air cells when the controller changes the internal pressure in the air cells.

An air mattress comprising:
- a plurality of air cells;
- and
- a controller configured to control an operation of an air blowing section configured to supply air to the plurality of air cells, the controller being configured to control internal pressure in the plurality of air cells, wherein
- the controller is configured to determine position/posture of a user based on a detection value corresponding to a speed of the change in the internal pressure in the air cells when the controller changes the internal pressure in the air cells.
