An air blowing adjustment apparatus includes a controller configured to control an air blowing section configured to supply air to an air cell. A flow path that connects the air blowing section to the air cell includes a first flow path part connected to the air blowing section and a second flow path part that connects the air cell to the first flow path part, and is provided with a solenoid valve configured to open and close between the first flow path part and the second flow path part. The controller is configured to perform, based on closing pressure that is internal pressure in the first flow path part when the solenoid valve is closed and the air blowing section is operated, duty adjustment control to update a duty ratio in the operation of the air blowing section.
