Abstract
A brush assembly has a brush holder rotatable about an axis, a brush ring mechanically coupled or couplable to the brush holder and consisting essentially of a brush body and rows of bristles connected thereto, forming an annular bristle array and projecting radially outward. The bristles rows extend in attachment lines themselves extending obliquely of the axis of rotation of the brush holder widthwise of the brush body.

A brush assembly comprises:
- a brush holder rotatable about an axis;
- a brush ring mechanically coupled or couplable to the brush holder and consisting essentially of a brush body and rows of bristles connected thereto, forming an annular bristle array and projecting radially outward, the bristles rows extending in attachment lines themselves extending obliquely of the axis of rotation of the brush holder widthwise of the brush body.
