An electric toothbrush includes a toothbrush handle and toothbrush heads. A tenon protrudes from end of toothbrush handle, and the tenon includes a first support section and a second support section. The second support section surrounds base end of the first support section, and the first support section can move relative to the second support section. A motor for driving the first support section to move is provided inside the toothbrush handle. The toothbrush heads include a vibrating toothbrush head and a rotating toothbrush head. The first support section can be assembled with the vibrating toothbrush head, so that the motor can drive the vibrating toothbrush head to vibrate via the first support section. The first support section and the second support section can be assembled with the rotating toothbrush head, so that the motor can drive bristles of the rotating toothbrush head to rotate via the first support section.
