Abstract

A high-strength textile stitched structure includes two main fabrics, a reinforcing fabric, a first stitch, and two second stitches. The main fabrics have two first flat sections spaced apart, two first folded sections folded downward from the two first flat sections, two extended sections extending from the two first folded sections, and a seam formed between the two first folded sections. The reinforcing fabric has a second flat section stacked on the two first flat sections, two second folded sections folded downward from the two outer sides of the second flat section and passed into the seam, and a remaining section stacked below the two extended sections. The first stitch sews the two first folded sections with the two second folded sections. The second stitches sew the left and right sides of the second flat section with each first flat section and each extended section with the remaining section.

Dependent claims

A high-strength textile stitched structure, comprising:

a pair of main fabrics, comprising two first flat sections spaced side-by-side with each other, two first folded sections folded downward from two adjacent sides of the two first flat sections respectively, two extended sections extending from the ends of the two first folded sections and disposed below the two first flat sections respectively, and a seam formed between the two first folded sections;
a reinforcing fabric, comprising a second flat section stacked on top of the two first flat sections, two second folded sections folded downward from two outer sides of the second flat section and passed into the seam, and a remaining section stacked below the two extended sections;
a first stitch, for sewing the two first folded sections together with the two second folded sections;
and
a pair of second stitches, for sewing the left and right sides of the second flat section together with each first flat section, each extended section and the remaining section.

A manufacturing method of a high-strength textile stitched structure, comprising the steps of:

(A) providing a pair of main fabrics, a reinforcing fabric and a first stitch, folding the pair of main fabrics into two first flat sections spaced side-by-side with each other, folding two first folded sections downward from the adjacent sides of the two first flat sections respectively and two extended sections extending from the ends of the two first folded sections and located below the two first flat sections, forming a seam between the two first folded sections, folding the reinforcing fabric into a second flat section stacked on top of the two first flat sections, two second folded sections folded downward from two outer sides of the second flat section and passed into the seam, and a remaining section stacked below the two extended sections, and sewing the two first folded sections together with the two second folded sections through the first stitch;
and
(B) providing a pair of second stitches, and sewing the left and right sides of the second flat section together with each first flat section, each extended section and the remaining section through the pair of second stitches.
