A protective pad includes a knee pad portion having a first lateral side and a second lateral side. A calf pad portion includes a first pair of loops and a second pair of loops. A first strap includes a first end coupled with the second lateral side of the knee pad portion and a second end. The first strap extends through the first pair of loops on the calf pad portion. A second strap includes a first end coupled with the second lateral side of the knee pad portion and a second end. The second strap extends through the second pair of loops on the calf pad portion. A first buckle is secured to the second end of the first strap and configured to be secured to the first lateral side of the knee pad portion. A second buckle is secured to the second end of the second strap and configured to be secured to the first lateral side of the knee pad portion.
