Abstract

Genital concealment garments and methods comprising: a waistband; a crotch section; and a gusset panel with a grip pattern to hold a wearer’s genitals securely in place. A method of manufacture comprising cutting a gusset panel from a material; applying an elastomer grip pattern to the gusset panel; and inserting the gusset panel into the crotch section of a garment. Finally, a method of using a genital concealment garment comprising a waistband, a crotch section, and, a gusset panel with a grip pattern to hold a wearer’s genitals securely in place, comprising: arranging a wearer’s external genitalia into a flattened, rearward configuration; pulling the genital concealment garment into place such that the waistband is inline with a wearer’s waist, and the elastomeric grip region in the gusset panel contacts the wearer’s genitalia and holds the genitalia in the flattened, rearward configuration.
