The present disclosure provides a fishing rod holder comprising a triangular prism-shaped body with a hollow triangular prism-shaped casing having a non-slip surface coating. An internal tubular structure within the body is configured to store a fishing rod, with a shell of the internal tubular structure having a rigidity that prevents the stored fishing rod from being crushed. A buoyant material is positioned between the casing and the internal tubular structure, filling the space created between them. The body includes a plurality of markings on at least one side for measuring fish. The triangular prism shape allows for stackable storage of multiple fishing rod holders, while the buoyant material enables flotation if dropped in water. The buoyant material further serves as a flotation aid to swimmers or those accidentally immersed.
