Abstract
Electronic equipment (and a corresponding electronic system) includes a supporting member and at least one component. At least one thermoelectric module is associated with the component. The module is shaped as a block including two main heat-exchange faces. The module is integrated at least partially into the supporting member such that a first of its two main faces is in contact with at least one of the faces of the component, either directly or via at least one link made of an at least thermally conductive material.
Claims14
Electronic equipment comprising:
- at least one supporting member;
- at least one component;
- at least one thermoelectric module associated with the component and shaped as a block comprising two main heat-exchange faces, the at least one thermoelectric module being integrated at least partially into the supporting member such that a first of its two main faces is in contact with at least one of the faces of the at least one component, either directly or via at least one link made of at least thermally conductive material,
- wherein the at least one component comprises:
- a first face associated with the thermoelectric module;
- and
- a second face associated either with a second thermoelectric module or with a second supporting member, such that an assembly formed by the component, the thermoelectric module and, either the second thermoelectric module or the second supporting member, forms a stack.
